By purchasing our products you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Conditions.

Payment

All payments are due at purchase in U.S. Dollars by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Wire Transfer, or PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by Marcia Moran Inc. at the time of purchase. There will be no additional shipping charges assessed on back orders. If a package becomes lost while in transit, the total cost including shipping fees (when applicable) will be refunded to the buyer by Marcia Moran Inc.

Refunds, Returns, & Damages

Products may be returned on a case by case basis for a refund determined by management. Return requests should be sent to sales@marciamoran.com no later than 7 days from the original purchase date.

We will repair any design excluding rings or any stone item that has been shattered, dropped, or scratched. Damaged rings can only be sent back for exchange for the same ring or a different ring of equal or greater value. If any products have arrived shattered or scratched, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt as well as tracking number. Marcia Moran, Inc. is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. Items should be sent to:
